Uitbreidbaar grafiet is een gesynthetiseerde intercalatieverbinding van grafiet die zich uitbreidt of afblaast bij verhitting.een verlaging van de bulkdichtheidHet wordt vervolgens samengeperst tot een zeer samenhangend, flexibel plaatje.
Als gevolg van de hitte van een vuur breidt het grafiet zich uit en creëert het een inslaglaag op het oppervlak van het materiaal.Dit vertraagt de verspreiding van het vuur en minimaliseert een van de meest schadelijke gevolgen van verbranding: het ontstaan van giftige gassen en dampen.
Voordelen van uitbreidbaar grafiet als vlamvertrager:
1.Vormt een intumescentielaag met thermische stralingsbescherming, met superieure warmtediffusie.
2.Stopt of vertraagt de verspreiding van brand en giftige gassen.
3.Gemakkelijk toe te passen, kosteneffectief, tevreden prestaties met lage toevoegingsniveaus.
4.Niet-toxisch, niet-gehalogeerd brandbestendige toevoegingsmiddel.
5.Neutrale oppervlakte pH maakt compatibel met elk katalysator systeem.

This is our first order of expandable graphite for R&D purposes. The product arrived well-packaged and dry. The technical data sheet provided was accurate. We tested the expansion ratio under high heat, and it matched the manufacturer's claim closely. The flake size distribution was good. Customer service was responsive to our pre-sale inquiries. Will order again for our larger batch production.
